Delo says Slovenian culture situation not optimistic

Ljubljana, 7 February - Despite a record culture budget in nominal terms, the sentiment among Slovenian artists and culture workers is not uplifting, the newspaper Delo says in Monday's front-page commentary, headlined Majority Vegetating on the Verge of Optimism. It adds that one of the problems is different visions, or different world views.
