Culture Day becoming empty ritual, says Dnevnik

Ljubljana, 7 February - As a result of the government's attitude to culture and artists, Culture Day as a holiday celebrating creativity has become an empty and almost grotesque ritual, the newspaper Dnevnik says on the eve of Culture Day in its commentary headlined One Holiday's Empty Rhetoric.
