Večer: Will TAM Find a Buyer?

The board of creditors of TAM joint stock company, a Slovene bus and lorry producer form Maribor, made what seems to be the right move. They are going to suggest to the senate in bankruptcy not to adopt the proposal by the TAM trustee in bankruptcy according to which part of TAM's capital should be sold. Thus, the board of creditors slapped the state - Tam's major creditor with 54 percent - in the face for being irresponsible. The latest decision of the board of creditors according to which a proposal should be worked out for a sale of the whole TAM is a clear sign that the time is up and that something should be done finally, the Wednesday issue of Večer writes.
