Weather: Windy but warm

Ljubljana, 10 February - Clouds will roll in in the Primorska region in the west and in some parts of central Slovenia on Thursday, while it will remain sunny in the rest of the country. It will be windy in parts of the country, with morning lows at -8 to -2 degrees Celsius, up to 3 in Primorska, and daytime highs at 7-12 degrees, up to 15 in the south-east.
