Equality ombudsman finds victimisation in case of civil servant

Ljubljana, 11 February - The equality ombudsman has found that a civil servant who received a dismissal warning has been victimised, meaning she has experienced negative consequences after attempting to eliminate discrimination. This is the first case of victimisation that the ombudsman has established and dealt with, the relevant office told the STA.
