Interior Minister Positive about the Ministry's Work

The Interior Ministry has considerable progress in eliminating lengthy procedures before state bodies, which makes the assessment of the Interior Ministry, listed also in the Agenda 2000, inaccurate. 88 percent of all administrative procedures is brought to an end within a month's time, there is only five percent of cases that last more than two months, although most of those involved severe violations that could also be treated by the judiciary, Interior Minister Mirko Bandelj told a news conference on the ministry's operations.
