Parliament Starts 14th Extraordinary Session

Ljubljana, 25 September - PARLIAMENT/SESSION/EXTRAORDINARY
The Parliament started its 14th extraordinary session on Thursday morning, with four items on the agenda. It has first addressed the appointment of Boris Frlec for Foreign Minister who was proposed for the post by Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek. It will later debate Slovenia's failure to join NATO in the first round of enlargement and define the strategy of NATO-accession during the post-Madrid period, and an interpellation motion against the government.
