Delo on Slovenia's Balkans Policy

Ljubljana, 25 September - It occurred to Slovene diplomacy some two or three years ago that it can't just ignore the Balkans, especially the former Yugoslav republics. It appears however it stopped short of formulating a Balkans policy, rather reducing itself to mere considerations showing that our diplomatic channels remain narrowed down to settling individual bilateral problems, daily Delo writes on Thursday.
