A common trait of all elections in the former Yugoslav republics is that all are either complete farces or utter tragedies, daily Dnevnik writes Thursday commenting the assessment of foreign analysts in the local press. The daily estimates that the November presidential election in Slovenia will also turn out a farce and a tragedy at the same time.
