The Paris Peace Treaty was a crucial document for these parts of Slovenia, Italy and Croatia, confirming Yugoslav victory in world war II and fixing borders in this most sensitive region, Slovenia's Minister of Culture Jožef Školč said Thursday in his speech opening an international conference titled The Paris Peace Treaty, New Yugoslav-Italian Border and Integration of Primorsko Region into Slovenia.
