Banks' after-tax profit up by 17% to EUR 527.3 million in 2021

Ljubljana, 16 February - Slovenia's banking system generated an after-tax profit of EUR 527.3 million last year, an increase of 17.1% compared to the previous year. Pre-tax profit rose by about a fifth to stand at EUR 564.7 million, shows a monthly report published by the central bank Banka Slovenije on Wednesday.
