Dnevnik welcomes rule of law conditionality regulation

Ljubljana, 17 February - With the rule of law conditionality regulation being confirmed, the EU will be able to return to the economic foundations of the European peace project, Dnevnik says in Thursday's commentary. It does not expect a fast improvement in the state of the rule of law, though, saying that voters remain the strongest tool for ensuring democracy.
