Ljubljana, 18 February - There will be a sunny start to Friday expect for fog hovering on low ground. Later, periods of cloudiness are expected in western and central parts of the country. The south-westerly will grow stronger in the afternoon again. Top temperatures will range from 9 to 14 Celsius, up to 17 in the east.
