Opposition's cannabis bill defeated at committee

Ljubljana, 17 February - A bill by the centre-left opposition that would have made it easier to grow cannabis was defeated by the Health Committee on Thursday amidst concern by the coalition that it would in effect legalise the growing of cannabis strains which contain psychoactive substances.
