Top court says revision of 1943 military court ruling not possible

Ljubljana, 18 February - The Constitutional Court has upheld a Supreme Court decision not to allow the revision of a conviction of a man sentenced to death by a military court in 1943, arguing that these courts had been a part of the justice system at the time.
