Večer decries govt attitude to NGOs

Ljubljana, 19 February - Večer issues a rebuke of the government's attitude to non-governmental organisations in Saturday's commentary as it looks at the barrage of attacks against Nika Kovač, the leader of the 8 March Institute, after she was named Woman of the Year by the women's magazine Jana.
