Ljubljana, 22 February - Tuesday morning will be mostly clear, except for some fog in the basins of central Slovenia. Morning lows will be around zero degrees Celsius, down to -5 in Alpine valleys. Daytime highs will be between 6 and 11 degrees, up to 14 in the coastal region of Primorska. Strong northerly winds will blow during the day.
