Delo wonders why decision to buy Sava comes so late

Ljubljana, 22 February - Delo berates the government on Tuesday for waiting so long to give its go-ahead for the acquisition of a 43% stake in the tourism holding Sava. The newspaper's front-page commentary also says that tourism deserves a tested ownership and management model.
