Parliament Orders Government to Form NATO-Accession Strategy by End-Year

Ljubljana, 26 September - The Parliament closed its debate on Slovenia's failed candidacy to join NATO in the first round of enlargement and the country's future NATO-accession strategy ordering the government to formulate, on the basis of extensive debate and proposals, a strategy to join NATO and submit it to Parliament by the end of this year.
