Bad bank announces purchase of outstanding Mladinska stock

Ljubljana, 28 February - The Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) announced on Monday it would publish a takeover bid for Mladinska Knjiga, the country's largest publisher, of which it already owns 51.2%. The formal offer will be published within 30 days.
