Paper says China's silence on Ukraine is telling

Koper, 1 March - The west has been united in its response to Russia's attack on Ukraine and that may be what has caught Vladimir Putin off guard. While his move expectedly caused a stir in the west, China's silence is telling and must be viewed in the light of the Taiwan issue, the newspaper Primorske Novice says in Tuesday's commentary.
