Frlec Calls for Comprehensive Approach to Settling Bosnian Crisis

Slovenia's Foreign Minister Boris Frlec stressed Monday the need for a comprehensive approach to solving the crisis in Bosnia-Herzegovina. In his address to an OSCE seminar on cooperation between international organizations in settling the crisis, Frlec also estimated that the withdrawal of international forces would cause new tensions that could put the development of democracy in the country at risk.
