Logar says no-fly zone would protect civilians

Brussels, 4 March - Foreign Minister Anže Logar said a no-fly zone over Ukraine would be the most effective way of preventing bombardment of civilian buildings, as he spoke with Slovenian Brussels-based correspondents via video call on Friday when he attended a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels.
