Paper says west facilitated rise of "Hitler from the Kremlin"

Ljubljana, 7 March - The political magazine Reporter describes Russian President Vladimir Putin in Monday's commentary as a "Hitler from the Kremlin" whose rise has been facilitated by the west - Slovenia included - which has pragmatically tolerated him for two decades even as he worked to weaken Europe.
