Small shareholders launch constitutional review of energy crisis relief measure

Ljubljana, 10 March - The Small Shareholders of Slovenia (MDS) association has made good on its announcement that it will challenge one of the measures included in the energy crisis relief package. Being shareholders in electricity distributors, they launched a constitutional review of the part of the law involving a temporary freeze on electricity network charges.
