Vitranc Cup: Kranjec 3rd after first run of giant slalom

Kranjska Gora, 12 March - Slovenia's Žan Kranjec is third after the first run of the World Cup giant slalom event in the sunny Kranjska Gora on Saturday, with a gap of 19 hundredths of a second behind the leader Alexis Pinturault of France. Norway's Lucas Braathen is in second, with a lag of just one hundredth of a second.
