Petrol management proposes share split
Ljubljana, 18 March - The management of energy group Petrol has proposed a 20:1 share split in order to improve liquidity and attract new investors. The motion will be put to shareholders at the 21 April annual general meeting alongside with a proposed dividend payout of EUR 30 per share.
