Brussels, 24 March - Russia's shelling of chemical facilities in Ukraine could lead to disaster, warned Prime Minister Janez Janša as he arrived for an emergency NATO summit on Thursday. However, he finds it unlikely that Russia would directly use chemical or biological weapons, because it would kneecap itself.
