Uni chancellors, research institutes critical of new research hub

Ljubljana, 25 March - The government's decision to incept another public research institution was taken without consultation with research institutes, universities and the Science and Technology Council, according to universities and independent research institutes, who say that the new research hub was set up without evaluations of research programmes.
