Delo says NATO learns slowly and forgets lessons from past

Ljubljana, 6 April - Delo says in Wednesday's front-page commentary When the Strong Learn, the Weak Die that the guarantee of the NATO secretary general to Bosnians that the alliance will do more for this Western Balkan country is more of a reason for concern than serious consolation, because it is obvious that NATO learns slowly.
