Iskraemeco buys Croatian company Holosys

Kranj, 20 April - Iskraemeco, a Slovenian group which is part of Egypt's Elsewedy Electric, has bought a majority stake in Holosys, a Croatian company selling advanced internet of things devices and ICT solutions, Iskraemeco said in a statement on Wednesday. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
