Ljubljana, 10 May - Neither Russia nor the rest of the world had anything to celebrate on Victory Day this year, the newspaper Večer says as it ponders in Tuesday's commentary on Russia's celebrations of the 1945 victory over Nazism while it is waging a war in neighbouring Ukraine.
