Opposition tables more than two dozen bills on first day of new parliament

Ljubljana, 13 May - The opposition Democrats (SDS) and New Slovenia (NSi) tabled more than two dozen bills right after the new parliament opened on Friday, a move that will delay the passage of legislation crafted by the new coalition because of procedural rules and has been described by the presumptive new prime minister as "childish".
