Ombudsman urges empowerment of older people for ICT use

Ljubljana, 17 May - Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina took the opportunity of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day on Tuesday to urge those responsible for the digitisation of society to pay special attention to ensuring fair access to digital technologies for all. Data show ICT use among older people in Slovenia mostly lags behind EU average.
