Insurer Triglav's AGM clears EUR 3.7 gross dividend per share

Ljubljana, 24 May - The shareholders of Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's largest insurance company, have approved the management's proposal to pay EUR 3.7 in gross dividend per share at Tuesday's AGM, meaning 74% of the group's net profit will be earmarked for the dividend payout in what will be a much higher sum than last year.
