HSE adds another retail company to portfolio
Ljubljana, 1 June - The state-owned HSE, the largest electricity producer in the country, has added another electricity retail company to its portfolio by completing the acquisition of a 51% stake in Energija Plus. The current owner, Elektro Maribor, will retain a 49% stake.
