Speaker says public prosecution must remain independent body
Ljubljana, 8 June - Parliamentary Speaker Urška Klakočar Zupančič met State Prosecutor General Drago Šketa on Wednesday to note that the Office of the State Prosecutor General must remain an independent and professional body. Šketa said he expected that legislation would be passed to facilitate the work of public prosecution.
