Delo takes issue with Lavrov's statements in Turkey

Ljubljana, 9 June - Since Russia has the upper hand in the Ukrainian war, and Ukraine is fighting for survival, Kyiv's negotiating position in potential peace talks will be strongly limited. This is the context in which Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's statements during yesterday's visit to Turkey should be understood, Delo says on Thursday.
