Speaker pledges support for judicial independence

Ljubljana, 15 June - National Assembly Speaker Urška Klakočar Zupančič pledged her support for the smooth and independent work of the Judicial Council as she met its head Vladimir Horvat on Wednesday. The pair also discussed the need to provide sufficient funds for the Judicial Council, and the procedures for appointment of judges.
