Cinkarna Celje to pay out EUR 32 dividends

Celje, 15 June - Shareholders of chemical company Cinkarna Celje will receive EUR 31.89 a share this year, the general meeting decided on Wednesday. The proposal came from the Small Shareholders' Association and was nearly EUR 11 apiece higher than what was proposed by the company's management and supervisory board.
