Jurists debate discretion right of Constitutional Court

Brdo pri Kranju, 21 June - A ceremony to mark the 30th anniversary of the Constitutional Court featured a debate by prominent jurists about the discretion right under which constitutional judges would autonomously decide which appeals they will discuss and which not. They also spoke about the volume of complaints, gender imbalance at the court and its reputation.
