Ljubljana, 24 June - Delo says in Friday's commentary that, caught in the trap of dependence on Russian sources, Germany's energy policy has collapsed like a house of cards, with a similar thing happening to environmental policy. The country is restarting the dirtiest energy sources to distance itself further from its bold climate goals, the paper adds.
