Shareholders of Unior left without dividends
Zreče, 6 July - The shareholders of the tool maker Unior confirmed at Wednesday's AGM the proposal of the management and supervisory boards that EUR 8.8 million in distributable profit for 2021 remain undistributed, rejecting a proposal that just under EUR 1 million be allocated for dividends.
