NGO welcomes legalisation of gay marriage, adoptions

Ljubljana, 8 July - Legebitra, a major LGBT+ rights NGO, said it was "thrilled" with the Constitutional Court decision to allow same sex marriage and adoptions after the court announced that a law under which only heterosexual partners can marry and same-sex couples cannot adopt children violated the constitutional ban on discrimination.
