Consumer electronic retailer Big Bang buying Croatian counterpart

Ljubljana, 12 July - Big Bang, the largest Slovenian retailer of consumer electronics, has signed a contract to acquire the outright stake in Sancta Domenica, one of the largest Croatian retailers in the same segment. The deal needs to be approved by the competent competition protection agencies, Big Bang announced on Tuesday.
