Administrative Court nods to Hungarian MP

Lendava, 12 July - Hungarian minority MP Ferenc Horvath has said that the Administrative Court has ruled in his favour in a case he brought against the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption after it found him to be in breach of incompatibility of dual offices because he also served on the council of a Hungarian minority organisation.
