NKBM to sell its leasing arm to Luxembourg-based company

Maribor, 13 July - The shareholders of NKBM bank decided on Monday that the bank should sell its leasing firm Summit Leasing Slovenija to Biser Topco, the Luxembourg-based owner of NKBM's owner Biser Bidco. Shareholders also appointed new supervisors who will start their term after the ongoing sale of NKBM to Hungarian OTP bank is completed.
