Less than half of mayors kept participative budgeting promise

Ljubljana, 18 July - A survey by an NGO has found that only 24 of the 56 mayors who had promised to implement a participative budget before the 2018 local elections have indeed done so. The participative budget is in effect in 39 municipalities, said a press release from Today Is A New Day.
