Outdoor noise regulation not in line with constitution

Ljubljana, 18 July - The Constitutional Court has found that the regulation on limit values for outdoor noise indicators is not in line with the constitution. It argues that significant changes and exceptions were introduced into the document after the end of public consultation period, which means that the public could not express its view on them.
