Spanish car parts maker Gonvarri buys nearly 40% in Hidria

Idrija, 19 July - The biggest sole owner of car parts maker Hidria has reportedly sold its stake to Spanish automotive supplier Gonvarri, the online edition of the business paper Finance reports on Tuesday. The roughly 40% share in Hidria was held by the family of former Hidria CEO Edvard Svetlik through their company ES&G.
